Here is a delicious treat that makes a great filling snack for any time of day.

Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients:

*3 1/2 cups of rolled oats

*1 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots, blueberries)

*2/3 cup of maple syrup

*1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

*1/2 cup of cashews (chopped)

*1/2 cup of almonds (chopped)

*1/2 cup of wheat germ (toasted)

*1/2 cup of coconut (unsweetened shredded)

*1/4 cup of sesame seeds

*1/4 cup of canola oil

*1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
